It provides a universal measure of athlete readiness, injury risk, and match-impact potential across football, volleyball, and high-performance sport.
Derived from elite datasets including World Cup and Olympic champion programs, PQ gives coaches, physios, and analysts a unified metric for comparing athletes, tracking progress, and identifying hidden limitations.
