Determine who is ready, who needs support, and who can win the game.
Power Quotient (PQ) is used in elite sport for player testing, squad planning, and performance management.
PQ is an innovative performance indicator that converts an athlete’s readiness, risk level, and game impact into a single number.

Supports player ranking, depth analysis, and team decision-making

2. Return-to-Field & Running Program

Objective: Minimise reinjury risk while preparing the athlete for running and on-field performance.
6-stage scientific framework:
Gradual progression from pain-free walking to 95% max-speed running
Planning acceleration–deceleration phases
Integration of sport-specific skills
Safe load progression with the “if no pain/swelling, progress” criterion
