Objective:

Determine who is ready, who needs support, and who can win the game.

Power Quotient (PQ) is used in elite sport for player testing, squad planning, and performance management.

PQ is an innovative performance indicator that converts an athlete’s readiness, risk level, and game impact into a single number.

 

What is PQ?

Developed with the China Women’s National Volleyball Team

Measures explosive power, agility, and performance capacity

Supports player ranking, depth analysis, and team decision-making

Assists performance coaching and rehabilitation processesContributes to season planning and player selection


2. Return-to-Field & Running Program

Thursday, 11 December 2025

Objective: Minimise reinjury risk while preparing the athlete for running and on-field performance.

 

6-stage scientific framework:

Gradual progression from pain-free walking to 95% max-speed running

Planning acceleration–deceleration phases

Integration of sport-specific skills

Safe load progression with the “if no pain/swelling, progress” criterion
